Sori ya…..saya nak membebel dalam bahasa Inggeris untuk post yang ini….

My transformation injected curiosity with friends so I told them about this program. Being busy teaching them what to eat, how to exercise, how to be on time with their meals, etc etc etc…..kept me quite occupied on my phone giving them consultation they need. At this age almost 90% of my friends are either overweight or obese. Hence you can predict what are topics we discussed when we met at weddings or gatherings. Its all about weight, medicine, hair care, skin care, which spa is giving good massage…….hahahaha….sounds familiar?

When my friends started taking TR90 supplements, their main concern is to eat right food. What I meant by right food is right portion for each category……PROTEIN, CARBOHYDRATE and VEGETABLES. Eating plan for TR90 program is not difficult. A friend used to say…..its much easier for her to prepare food. Doesn’t take whole day to prepare. I also prefer typical Malay food but I stick to either boil, steam or grill. As for veges, I go for raw veges like salad and blanch local veges…..eaten with air asam or sambal belacan. Taste great! Who says dieting is about zipping our mouth eating less…..
